My name is Kente Binford, and I’m proud to be a native of Columbus, Ohio. For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in real estate, and I’ve loved every moment of helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. 

As a realtor, I found a knack for sharing my vision with clients on different ways to make a home more appealing to sell quicker.  And for my clients looking to buy a home, I always help them envision ways to set up spaces within the homes they are considering going after...giving suggestions to help them get excited about the idea of making that home their own.

Staging is essential because it shapes how potential buyers connect with a property. First impressions are powerful, and a well-staged home can make an immediate emotional impact. A clean, aesthetically pleasing environment sets the tone for how the entire home is perceived.

 I have always had this theory that all rooms and spaces have their own voice...and that they should, for lack of a better term, "speak" to anyone that enters in them.
